I can't emphasize enough how much we love Holidaypet. Every time we leave Ziggy, we are confident that he is being taken care of by truly caring people. It is truly obvious that Emanuel, Sandra and Catarina are passionate about all of our pets. Every time we arrive at the hotel, Ziggy is so excited to be there. He is so happy to see his friends there. Surely, we miss him when we leave him, but we know he is being treated well. And when we drop him off, he doesn't look back. Hahahaha. Amazing place.

Lovely caring people. Our cats were happy and well looked after. We were sent short videos of them at play during their stay. Would highly recommended.

Leaving my original review at the bottom of this one. Now that we’ve stayed here twice I could not recommend this place more. It is excellent. The owners/ staff are beyond helpful and competent. The facilities are clean and spacious and in “the country”. The rooms are spotless and there is direct access to the outside. While our dog wouldn’t use it I’m sure, there is a pool! Our dog literally comes home relaxed, clean, and, if I didn’t know better, she would rather be THERE than HERE. I hesitated to say how good it was because I want to be sure there is always a room for us but it really is too good to keep secret. This was my original review and it is certainly all 5 now. “Only giving 4 stars because we haven’t stayed there yet but the preliminary visit shocked, amazed, and seriously impressed us. Owners communicate effectively though maybe more delayed than ideal vis email. Seems like a really well run operation.”

When only the best is good enough for your beloved pets! The facilities are top notch: very secure, fantastic surroundings and setting, clean, superb dog play area and much more. Sandra, Gonçalo and Catherina, love animals and it shows in every aspect of their service and facilities. Never have we left our Bibi in more capable hands, while we went for a weekend away.

Lovely premises for treasured pets. Lovingly cared for in peaceful, clean, home from home, stimulating environment. Sandra and Goncalo are the best and kindest people to look after your pet, they really love animals. I would recommend them to anyone looking for holiday pet care, they know what your pet likes!
