Sónia Batista4 years agoVery friendly staff and they keep the owners updated very often. On the down side, small space for the dogs to be running free, and if your dog is not social then it only comes out alone meaning he spends less time out of his cage/box.

FOOD MAKE SURE YOUR BEST FRIEND'S FOOD IS ORGANISED FOR THE ENTIRE STAY AND, IF POSSIBLE, DIVIDED INTO PORTIONS. VACCINATION & HEALTH A COMPLETE AND UP-TO-DATE vaccination booklet must be presented — including Kennel Cough. The dog must be identified with a microchip, AND with an identification tag bearing its name and a telephone contact. Internal and external deworming must be up to date — this is mandatory. CONDITIONS Oficina dos Bichos has authorisation to publish, for advertising or other purposes, the image of any dog using its services. Oficina dos Bichos reserves the right to change the terms under which the services presented are marketed, as well as the prices applied, without prior notice. MEDICATION WE ONLY ADMINISTER MEDICATION WITH A MEDICAL PRESCRIPTION. A FEE MAY BE CHARGED FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF MEDICATIONS, AS WELL AS FOR TREATMENTS TO BE CARRIED OUT DURING THE STAY. BEHAVIOUR No dog is accepted that displays aggressive behaviour towards people and other dogs, or other behaviours that may disturb the wellbeing of the other animals. When entering and leaving the transport vehicle or our premises, dogs must be on a lead or in a carrier. COLLECTION If the dog is not collected within the 5 days FOLLOWING THE CHECK-OUT DATE, Oficina dos Bichos has the right to take the measures it deems necessary, namely, filing a complaint with the competent authorities and forwarding the animal to the municipal kennel.
