Pet Nanny is wonderful with our dog Bella. The only place we feel comfortable with her staying for long periods of time. They send us daily photo and video updates. Bella has the best time with lots of outside playtime with other dogs. Highly recommend great caring staff and owner of Pet Nanny.

We are quite fussy about whom our dogs stay with and we love this place. We couldn’t recommend it enough. We began with Pet Nanny Paradise as a temporary measure while we looked for something closer to home, as we’re 35 minutes away. But we knew after our first visit that this place is special. Joana and each of her team are organised and really understand dogs. The environment is clean, spacious and a lot of fun for the pets. The dogs are specifically matched in groups and the staff work with the dogs, apart from simply taking care of them. There is also an exceptional trainer available on request. To no one’s surprise, 3 years on we still take our dogs there when we travel and even in between. Joana has assisted us greatly in terms of training and food and her trainer, Rui, has saved our lives when it comes to our rescue dog. This boy has been severely neglected and came with all sorts of complicated behaviours that required understanding and patience and it is nothing short of a miracle that only a few months in he is more settled, as are we. We couldn’t have done this without Rui’s guidance and the support of Joana and her team. I would like to specifically mention Ana and Antonio, whom our dog has a special bond with. They have helped him really shine, his personality has really come out as a result and we are thrilled he is more free to just be a dog. Our other dog is also a rescue and has also come out of her shell more, overcoming some of her previous traumas with the help of this team, such as her fear of men. We also receive daily photos and videos of doggy interactions and truth be told, our dogs are always super happy and probably not missing us at all while they holiday with their mates :)

Honestly this is a wonderful Creche for all doggies. We are pet sitting a very timid rescue dog (Patti) who gets so nervous around people, crowds & loud noise. She absolutely LOVES her play dates at pet nanny ♥️ it’s evident she is so loved & cared for here. She arrives bouncing with happiness & leaves the same way. I would highly recommend this wonderful service if you need your dog looked after or just for a play day they will enjoy every minute!

Brought my dog for a few nights and they took great care of him! He looked happy and clean when we picked him up and we got tons of pictures and videos every day!

Abby loves going here once a week for play days and overnights as well. She is very excited when we arrive to go and play with her friends and has a big nap when she comes home. The people that work there are so good with the dogs and understand our Abby who is shy of people but has definitely been improving since going to Pet Nanny. Muito Obrigada 😃❤️
