It was the first time I had left my dog for boarding. But I was very happy with dognin hotel. They were very responsive and caring for my dog. Yes, my dog was little scared, but that was due to his first experience. Other than that, the place was very clean and very loving caretakers. I would surely recommend and would also keep my dog again with them next time..

Doginn Hotel was the perfect experience for my cat to stay over new year’s! Miguel was absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend their services.

Our lovely Ziva stayed in Dog inn hotel for a few nights and it is such a great place. We already saw on facebook that she was happy and running around with other dogs. I can say for sure that they are doing an amazing job and when we need to go somewhere again and we can't take her, we will definitely bring her here again! At home she crashed on the couch to rest from all the playing. Highly recommended :)

This was a great experience overall. It was the first time my cat stayed at a pet hotel, and he was really scared and difficult to handle at first. Fortunately, the staff were patient and kind. They answered all our messages about him and recorded videos, which they posted on their Facebook page. The only thing I wish had been different is their current policy of “no news is good news.” They don’t proactively send updates, photos, or videos—you have to reach out yourself to get news about your pet. That said, when I picked up my cat, he was healthy, and clearly well cared for.

I have been using this dog hotel for over 3 years, generally for stays of about a week when we go away. My 3 dogs have always been well looked after. The owner Miguel and his team are super friendly and caring with my pets. Miguel has a very good understanding of the animals and relates well with them.
